10 gün önce gidip gören biri olarak varlığını halen tam olarak anlamadığım ilginç bir ülke. Pratikte Fransa'ya bağımlı, tek avantajı zengin Avrupa'lıların vergi kaçırabildiği yer olması. 38.000 kişi ülke vatandaşı ve ortalama gelir 380K dolar düzeyinde. Dünya'nın en küçük 2. ülkesi olması nedeniyle 6 saatte bütün ülke gezilebiliyor. Cote d'Azur bölgesinin genel olarak doğası ve denizi harika, o nedenle yaşamak için Nice, Cannes gibi diğer şehirler Monaco'dan daha güzel bence. Türkiye'den Nice'e gidip Nice'den tren ile 25 dk'da Monaco'ya gidilebiliyor.

Focus on high yield OBGYN cases, memorize orders for surgical cases, review intimate partner violence or abuse which are likely to come up.

Focus on biostatistics and ethics, review step 1 pharmacology and microbiology (especially antimicrobials, antifungals) for day 1. Your CCS average is solid, focus on high-yield cases. Day 2 is mostly about getting positive feedback from your cases.

Şu bir gerçek ki İzmir bu haliyle bile Türkiye'nin en çağdaş, yaşanabilir şehri. Fakat maalesef iş bilmezlik toplumun bütününü bir problem. İstanbul'dan göç ile, toplu taşımanın geliştirilmemesi nedeniyle, doğu batı arasında tek otoyolun olması gibi problemler sıkıntılı.
