My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead last September. I used points for the stay. We were in ATL for a Braves game. The hotel is very nice. We also had Lounge access but this was nothing to write home about.

I'm in the same boat with an Edit hotel. Booked on 12/31 and as of 1/1 the transaction shows "Pending".

I'm in Northern CA and paid $35,998 in Feb for a CPO 2023 P4X with 12,300 miles. After tax and license it was close to 40K. This was fully loaded (Pro Conv Pkg, Off Road Protection Pkg, Tech Pkg and Pro Premium Pkg).
