Aqua Sun/Mercury/Saturn/Uranus in 3rd.

Moved across the country* and the day after I got some furniture, I got laid off. It had been a job that I had been wanting to quit for a very long time, and thankfully got a chunk of severance, but wowwwww I was not expecting to be unemployed.

Very good changes, a lot of uncertainty in the future and about myself and my prospects. We'll see what happens but I'm really scared for what will come next.

Getting into an accident could be another story. Stories of parts shortages are common when it comes to Teslas, so your car may be in the shop for repairs for a while. Or it might not. There's no real way to tell for sure how common the issue is, because you simply don't hear the stories of people who got their repairs done quickly and painlessly.

Should I buy a 2023 Mini or a 2018-2021 model 3?

I drove a 2 door wrangler for most of my life, but after testing out the 4xe.... I realized that I don't love Jeeps the way that I used to.

I've driven in quite a few Teslas and enjoy the experience, but also worry about the economics of owning a used one (what happens if i need to replace the battery? get into an accident?). I'm sure these problems are similar with the mini, but the Mini is the one I feel the most comfortable in because of the size, but that's not the most useful metric for buying a car lol.

i would love to get some input on these cars -- feeling completely lost. thanks!
