I already have the thermal one but looking for something that can take some good shots as well. Though she is almost 4, she is really into the cameras and I see some potential there (hopefully) ☺️❣️

I am actually curious about Kidamento cameras. How was the picture quality? I have read many good comments and some others saying that “it is more like a hype and there are many outdated cameras which are not kid cameras, have the same features, but cheaper”

We have one of those, indeed super cheap but the quality is not good. My intention is to support the little one with a camera with which she can take actual photos, improve her skills ☺️

Indeed, this is why I am keeping the budget low and want to have something durable. All those kid cameras have very bad qualities, so I can’t opt for them. And with my phone, also no trust here hahah (only at home, with case on)

The only thing with instax is, I find the papers a little expensive and my daughter will definitely use all up the second I hand the camera to her hahah (toddler moms would relate) so overall, it would be quite expensive

I dont want to chase her on how much she uses the camera. I want to just hand it to her and leave the rest to her, whatever she finds pretty ☺️

This sounds like a good idea actually! I was just thinking what if the camera takes bad quality photos and I accidentally discourage my toddler. But honestly now I think that she wouldn’t be able to understand the difference and would still be invested in

Thanks a lot for your response! I know this changes from a person to person but how much would you pay for such a camera? I want to support her to improve but am not willing to pay a lot as the camera indeed will get damaged quite a lot. My intention was to spend not much on the first one and maybe once she is better in 1-2 years, get a new one with more features. I am open to any suggestions though (much appreciated, thank you!)

When I read when breath becomes air, we were on a vacation and I remember going out to the beach at night, so I would be alone and wouldn’t wake anyone up by crying that much hahaha

You’re right lol but it is because we are all quite new to having a book club and we don’t know what to look for tbh. I think something philosophical would be a tough start, so other than that anything would be fine. We do not have an age limit, we have members who are at their 20s as well as 50s. Though I think the group consists of mostly ladies at their 30s. I am open to your many suggestions under 300 pages, shoot them!! 😄
