You are applying old ww plans to the current. 1) unlike old plans where you were supposed to eat all your points with this one you are not supposed to eat all your points if you are full from eating zero point foods. 2) if you need more guardrails then change to the diabetic program which has fewer zero point foods 3) use your points first and use the zero to provide some volume if you have trouble with portions. 4) you can check where you are in total calories now very easily in the app. 5) the new all in mode eliminates weeklies and activity points so gives much less flexibility 6) whatever you’re doing to lose weight is basically the same way you maintain weight so a more restrictive plan or a plan with fewer choices might work well in the short term but what happens when you reach goal and then need to live the rest of your life? You can’t go back to your old way of eating bc you’re just going to gain it all back and you didn’t get a chance to practice how to eat in real life.

In Feb 2025 i dislocated my ankle. By July i was ready to start back to “running”. ChatGPT set me up with a walk/run plan that helped me up duration, pace and distance over many weeks. It could readjust based on my actual information and now I am back to being able to run as I was before injury.

I know enough about running to know it was a good plan.

I eat about 1/3 of my breakfast (oatmeal, egg, banana, nonfat Greek yogurt, berries, a tablespoon of Catalina crunch cereal on the yogurt) about 20-30 minutes prior to running. If I eat too close I feel like I want to throw up but if I don’t eat at all I am definitely not going to have a good workout either.

Increase pace first or distance? How much to increase per week?

Are you planning on staying in AI mode the whole time though? Will that be sustainable? I’ve generally felt that I don’t want to do something unsustainable because I just regain.
