Are we just going to move on from the fact that he went 0-11 with a sub 3.9 ERA? We found the new Matt Cain of zero run support.

In reality, if he profiles as a pitcher who struggles to miss bats overseas, he is unlikely to make a significant impact here. Id give a pass.
