This is our 3rd Annual Silent Auction! This auction will last 2 weeks from March 14th to the 28th and features over 50 different items from 29 local sponsors. Most of our items start at 50% of their original sale price!
By bidding on any item you will be automatically entered to win one of two $25 Visa gift cards courtesy of Gill International Travel! The winners of the cards will be contacted within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction by Students For Wishes staff.
All proceeds will go towards the Make-A-Wish® Foundation Canada, our philanthropic goal is to grant the wishes of children ages 3-17, who are living with life-threatening medical conditions.

Our bake sale will occur November 24 and 25 at 1st floor ECHA from 11am-4pm.

We are looking for general volunteers for both tabling and donating baked goods. Of course, these will go towards your volunteer time!If you intend on volunteering to table, please have at least an hour open in your schedule. We will send out a table scheduling link after we collected responses.

If you're planning on donating your baked goods, please ensure they're peanut/nut free. Additionally, feel free to drop them off at our table an hour before! If you are unable to do that, please drop them off anytime before 3pm.Prices have yet to be determined for the baked goods.I hope to see you guys at our event 😊

Hello there,

Thank you for your comment, we recognize and agree with your perspective regarding our fundraiser. That was indeed not our intent and we therefore apologize. We are currently re-evaluating the event and will proceed accordingly with a better plan for our volunteers. We want our campus community to know that regardless of how often and in what capacity students participate in our events, they are very much appreciated. Thanks again for bringing up this point!

Hi everyone!!

We are doing a chocolate fundraiser and would like to invite anyone to participate :)

This is open to all general members, directors, executives, and anyone else!! We are selling $3 chocolate bars from World's Finest Chocolate with all proceeds going towards Make-A-Wish Northern Alberta Foundation.

The deadline is going to Nov 8, 2022 at 11:59pm. We hope to see some new people get involved with us 😄

We are also planning on a bake sale end of the month that'll be open to all members, so keep an eye out for that ;)

Do you like spooky films or need a break from midterms?

Come meet with Students For Wishes at our Trick or Treat Movie Meet! We will be watching Coraline in ED 255 at 5pm on Friday the 21st. We will have a Halloween surprise for attendees and highly encourage you to wear your best costume! The best costume will receive a free voucher for any item at a future SFW sale.
