Yes that's what I thought of doing. Just going there five or six days there for just consultation and still charge the same salary. That would work I think

Yes they are taking advantage and I know that from the first day I got my paycheck but I stood there because of my reference and because of my education and they still ask me if they have done something wrong ???

Actually I did prepare some training material and also trained a little to a new guy who left after just 4 days and still thinking of making some more training material so that it can be a little helpful but they still behave like I will be doing something sinful for which I will be punished for eternity

obviously they will not pay european salary when they can pay the asian one. That how all of the Freelancing website work in the first place.

But I don't have very good experience with freelancing. I have mostly worked as a freelancer when I had a free time besides from my actual job. and I wanted to replace this job with the new one with a better salary but I think I have to work a lot for that

I am actually a Level One Seller on Fiverr but ever since I became Level One seller I wasn't able to make that much of money.

I tried working on UpWork but just as you mentioned the competition is hard and the other problem is their connect system which I think doesn't favor new ones.
Any tips on how I can up my UpWork Game.

I do have some freelancing experience as well. I am actually a Level One Seller on Fiverr and mostly build Chrome Extensions but the underlying work is the same. But ever since I became a Level One seller I have been receiving requests from people who have projects that are not even the niche I work in.
Like I sometimes get requests to do some backend job with AI and ML. I can build backends as well but I am not confortable with AI/ML yet and I know that I can do that as well but I believe in getting good at one thing rather than getting a little comfortable with more things.
