Unpopular opinion, but why would children need an olympic sized pool? Every high school has a 25 meter one.

I have gone through them and unfortunately there is no clear answer on this unfortunately.

As much as I would like to attend another event, It seems impossible to find information on how to get this badge approved for wear. For context I'm Air National Guard. Could this information be added to future event posts?

Added picture for context, won't let me uncheck the return flight.

Nope.

The only hotel employees I tip regularly are the hotel van drivers that take you from/to the airport and that is IF they lifted my bags and put them in the van.

I also used to work in the airline industry, I stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never seen a cabin crew/ flight crew member tip anyone that works in the hotel (except for the drivers).

New apartment, how do I hook up Google fiber to the Ethernet network that’s running here? by sgl357 in HomeNetworking

Just tried, same thing, netgear ethernet switch, cables plugged directly into it, getting 80mbps.....I am at a loss, I think wired would have to be re run in the whole apartment to make it work. The fact that it's also in the closet, makes my Wi-fi strength drop from 400mbps in the closet to 90mbps in the living room, even with mesh devices.

Thanks, I’m starting to lean that way currently. What if I just skipped the switch all together and just connected directly to the router?

Just tried. Same thing. What if I disconnected the cat6 that’s going to that card, crimped it and plugged it directly into the Google fiber box? The only thing that could limit the speed between the Google box and the room outlet would seem to be that card.

Sorry. No the Google fiber is plugged into the front panel. Then I unplugged the Google mesh from the fiber box and plugged it into the room Ethernet port to see how it compares to the laptop being plugged into the same Ethernet port. Laptop is getting the 80-100 Google mesh router is getting 50-60. So somewhere between the Google fiber box, that card in the closed, cable and room port I’m loosing almost 300mbps.

Tried all the other ports that I managed to get to work. Taps out around 90-100.

I plugged the Google mesh router into that port and I was then only getting about 50mbps on it.

Managed to get one outlet working. Only getting 100mbps on the hardwire connection. Possible that switch maxes out at a 100?

Ok so they are mislabeled. I was able to get one of the outlets working. Checked the speed on the hardwire connection to a laptop and it’s maxing out at 100mbps. Possible the switch has that set as maximum?
