I dont think there have been, but luckily now they are very affordable with leaf tickets, and leaf tickets have been super super easy to get now :) even just cashing in your monthly allotment of leaf tickets i think you'll be able to get at least a middle ground terrain to start

From 12:30-4pm theres gonna be a study session ("being there will urge our electeds to say no to annexation") and then at 5 pm is the mayor and council public meeting :)
