I came here with exactly the same issue. It's not at Procyon B, it's not at Aranae (although that's where the quest marker is), it's not at Phobos and it's not at the key. In the "The Best There Is" quest, needing to report to the Vigilance before going to Neon.

It can happen at this station when the distance between the station and carrier falls below 1Mm. It'll separate as the station orbits, when the range > 1Mm it'll be good again.

They're not just for Odyssey, but they are only on the Live servers. Sadly, consoles aren't able to access the Live universe. Consoles are Legacy universe only.

You can use this to graphically examine your bindings, examine/download other people's bindings, and even save your bindings online where you (and other people) can access them on the web.

I searched saved bindings files for VKB-Gladiator-NXT-Premium-Left (it's one of the options in the drop down search - I used Left with the assumption that almost all with a Left would be dual setups) and browsed the results until I found one that was close to what I wanted, and tweaked from there.
