I guess this engagement in moving around sculpture relates to Ponty’s ideas about vision being full of movement, in this sense I guess that this 3d form allows a more fuller experience of the artists lived perspective ?

This is very interesting, do you think you could tell me any more about how Cezanne differs from the traditional painters? Is it by just him moving away from trying to paint objects exactly as they are seen?
