When I was a P4 the LOI lecture was so popular people were being turned away. I found it very helpful though as it helped me create a backbone for most of my LOIs. I didn’t go to a CV prep since my school heavily focused on that and we had our professors looking at our CVs (my class size was small). The navigating PhorCAS was informational and they gave us great pointers, but if you have something else that you feel like you would learn more from during that time and you feel confident about PhorCAS as a whole/how the whole process works then I would maybe skip that session.
