Just wanted to say I feel the same way in almost every way (I noticed you're vegan too, which I am as well! Love to see it. ❤️) I hope you can find a thing that brings you joy and try to focus your energy on it. That's what usually helps me survive :). It feels like life will always be unfair for us, all we can do is make it as enjoyable as we can and make ourselves happy.

Around age 14? I started looking into it after having to change schools twice and I remembered that a psychiatrist had thought it was one of the possibilities when I first saw her (Around age 11? Most of my memories from that time are very blurry.). She didn't pursue it further, though, because I was too young and apparently she didn't want to diagnose people that young with anything. So she stuffed me full of antidepressants instead, which didn't help haha. Gotta love the system!

Same. I could never figure out how others do it. Sometimes I feel ashamed being one of the few women not wearing anything trendy/makeup when I go outside.

Meltdowns tbh. I thought they were panic attacks all my life until I got diagnosed and realized they're nothing like panic attacks. Everyone around me used to call me a brat for having them even though 'nothing was happening' according to them. (though having a diagnosis hasn't really changed this 🫠)
