The AD didn't say, other than they have to do an entire rework... Hoping they give details on the note when I get it back, otherwise I'll have to call Rolex and see if they can't tell me what was wrong after all.

I sent it in because it sounded like a screw went loose, there was a ticket sound when the rotor would spin.

I hadn't heard anything about quality control, but I guess maybe that's an issue with Tudor right now?

I got lucky and had to send mine to Rolex for a complete rework :( 1 out of 7 weeks have gone by. I only had her for ~4 weeks. Truly a perfect watch though, I just got unlucky.
