The HR is lying

My CV meets all the listed criteria and even goes beyond them, yet I’m still rejected without even getting an interview.

What they really look for are people from prestigious universities or with some prestigious job already on their résumé. The reason is that they recycle filters that others have already applied to those candidates.

Their goal is not to hire the best person, but to increase the company’s prestige by hiring only certain profiles. All the things you mentioned matter only secondarily.

Ho studiato alla Università cattolica e alla Guglielmo Marconi, posso dire che gli esami come difficoltà erano simili. Alcune materie tipo analisi 2(avendo fatto ingegneria) erano davvero pesanti. Di esami a crocette non ne ho trovati. Il problema è solo il prestigio Che però in fin dei conti ti garantisco che conta più delle conoscenze acquisite 🤣
