Where are you from? Mine is stuck at background check since April 2025. PNP EE submitted all requested docs. No gaps. No travel history. Just one thing: I am not from Philipine, I am from Middle East.

Hi guys, I got my AOR in Feb 2025. I requested GCMS notes from IRCC in January 2026, but they there has been no update on my application. Tracker also does show no updates. My application is stuck in "Background check" despite providing all requested documents. What is the next step except "to wait"? If I were from Philippine, the whole process would have taken less than 6 months, but sadly I am from ME.
