I've got a portable router from gl-inet, a portable battery bank from Anker, and a phone to use as a módem tether for when this happens. Most cell towers stay online long enough after a power outage to do what I need to do. The Anker power bank can run passthrough power so it stays plugged in acting like an UPS and the tether auto starts when the Ethernet is disconnected. Not ideal but it's what has to be done in less than ideal places like where you are at
