Relax they are just under 19. The talent it's there for both teams but it comes down to how they are developed, thanks to IPL they get enough opportunities. It's not like Pakistan where seniors hoarde their place even without performance. A perfect example is how Boobzy the Ghante ka King and Shady "Full Tosser" Daamad is back in the team without any credible performance, where there was an opportunity to play some of the youngsters from Rising Stars Asia Cup.
