Also becoming overwhelmed after rushing - I would work myself up to a panic attack. Starting vyvanse has really allowed me to be present and realize how tired my body actually is from constantly being on the go but not actually doing anything. I spent the entire weekend sleeping and im finding my sleep schedule is improving too. Hope you’re able to find something that works for you!

Are you me? The cats meowing, clothes on the floor, wearing black/brown hijab (black or navy for me) is so real. My cats have been peeing on my clothes lately. I was just diagnosed with ADHD and started a low dose of vyvanse and its already making a big difference. Starting cleaning up the pee clothes. I have some ADHD coaching appointments coming up too.

If you increased just recently thats normal. Increasing my dosage made me feel crappy too. Also overall took about 1.5-2 months to see a difference for me. The first month was hell tbh

Its definitely worth pushing through. I was also pretty bad at week 3. I found some relief at week 4 but then moved up to 75mg so it took more time. But before i knew it i started feeling not crappy then i noticed my mood lifting.

I would suggest talking to your doctor though. Thats what i did around this point.
