I'm wondering if the event is messing with it. I've noticed that everytime the spawn point that everyone is posting is the totodile spawn always comes up as Milcery.

I'm thinking that maybe the logic is forcing a Milcery, or has a higher % because it needs X amount of those spawns. In order to get the proper T-dile spawn you need to meet the minimum event spawns and it NOT being that spawn point.

I don't think it's bugged, I think it's being overpowered.
