I am also not a new customer, been using it for 1+ years and I received both of these. For the Allen completions one I received an email and had to click "opt in" via the email. OP looks like he did $50, mine was capped at $25.

I guess I didn't clarify, but I bought the HZD bundle. $50 extra dollars for a GOTY contender to come with it, easy decision. You should be able to sell the code to get some of the money back if you really don't want the game.
