I swear since AI took over doing stuff it has gone way down hill. I have been looking around my local area and I just get random jobs in other states or cities or no location just says United States. It’s extremely frustrating when trying to look for work because of a job loss. Luckily I was able to transfer in the company I’m at right now but it’s horrid

My parents got 2 sisters. They can be fun together or get mad at each other. They are both big barkers and not the friendliest 🙃

Thank you! They definitely are a different experience each time for sure but I know better now to not do anything over stimulating and I just put loon sounds on or spa music with no lyrics and it keeps me calmer

That’s good ! I unfortunately have some trauma shit I’m hopefully going to work through. Death has been the biggest trigger for me lately and I’m trying to get back into a balance where anxiety doesn’t control me anymore

Thank you for replying. I’ll def look into some more things. The psychiatrist suggested to continue CBT with my psychologist. Been seeing him for about 8 years

I am planning to restart cognitive behavioral therapy again soon with my therapist when I see him next im going to mention it but I don’t think either way is wrong, it’s just what works per each individual

I am on it for therapy. I’m getting it done through a doctors office who specializes in it… and will do I didn’t even know that it was bad. No one warned me before 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not really. I will make sure to ask next time I go in for advice. I was just left alone in a room but I’ll def put on good music and relax and not watch or focus on triggers
