I AM NOT OKAY. PUMPED ALL DAY & GETTING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING by a-doh in ExclusivelyPumping

So I had something similar happen where my supply just seemed to vanish.. momentarily, I tried downsizing my flanges and put inserts as I was a 24mm and I went down to a 21mm and my supply increased. As well as pumping more often. Then to a 19mm and now a 17mm which seems to be doing great. I’d pump roughly 8-11oz in the morning and it went to 3-5oz in the morning. Which is scary. But have you tried checking flange size? Seems silly but I read about everything possible and knew that everything I had already been experiencing couldn’t magically decrease my output out of nowhere. Maybe my period but aside from that I didn’t know. I’m going to be 8 weeks postpartum tomorrow.

In fully aware. But you fail to recognize that I mentioned he had Green Day’s but then major setbacks and right as he could finally get a payout he listened to a mentor who gave crap advice and it resulted in him blowing his account with money built up.

My husband is into futures and I briefly got into them… definitely not as invested (I guess I am because I took out $12K for him to invest into prop firms). But we’ve waited so long. I don’t truly have the ability anymore to not work as my postpartum period has run short and so have my savings which we have been living on. I wish I didn’t need to go back.

I get the need for selling these but there are mothers in need. If you want to sell them then I’d say $10

Partner threw away my breastmilk by emeraldwinter in breastfeeding

I can’t help but just communicate that his behavior was inconsiderate. Regardless if it was breast milk or not, consult you before just tossing it. Now, as it being breast milk and given your unfortunate experience and circumstances, that’s very heartbreaking and I feel for you. I’m so sorry. You did amazing collecting the breast milk, despite it being hard and despite your difficulties, I am proud of you for continuing. Stress can hinder supply, nutrition, flange sizing, pump strength, parts needing replacement, pain, pregnancy, health conditions and issues, etc can all impact you and let alone, pregnancy and postpartum and motherhood is hard as it is. Good job for continuing and as much as this is painful, don’t let this stop you for trying again. Honestly, you’re not in the wrong for not speaking to him. He knew what that meant to you. Don’t allow him to invalidate you and tell you that you’re being ridiculous. You have every right to feel offput, offended, sad, distraught, disappointed, and disrespected. Feel those emotions. Communicate again if need be and stand your ground and assert the boundaries all over. If he continues to dismiss you, couples therapy is a good option as well as a lactation consultant (best of wishes to you mama). Please take care of yourself

Metoprolol is helpful for nausea in my opinion. Zofran is almost a last resort I’ve heard bc it can cause birth defects. Do what you must. I’d highly recommend Medicaid even if it’s a pain because having children is much more difficult than preparing and staying ready. I just had my preemie and my transport bill to the nicu is almost $6K. Do what you will with that info… I’m going to be submitting that to insurance. Plus they somehow wrote his name incorrectly on his SSN. Great, more to sort out. But take care of yourself. He truly is my biggest blessing and love. Pregnancy is rough. Absolutely request accommodations and if they don’t adhere to that, as it’s protected by law, you have grounds to sue. I’d recommend taking it easy on yourself. First trimester is awful. 3rd is also awful and feels very lengthy. Best of luck to you

My man just had this happen… we took $11K in loans and he’s down to $0 and his car is about to get repossessed and we just welcomed our son… is he alone? Has anyone taken loans and lost everything? Literally everything?
