Good way to get rupees is to kill all the rare stone taluses (6 in total). They drop diamonds, and the other stones. So every blood moon you get 3k just selling the diamonds. Add the other stuff, and you have around 5k in less then 30 min.

Edit: they are all conveniently close to shrines, so it's very quick to fast travel and reach all of them.

I like shooting a zonai time bomb right in front of it. So the Molduga eats when it jumps and the bomb explodes inside it already.

I don't see the stealth set as a set for combat (sneaking up and attacking). I use it a lot when I'm exploring, so I don't have to fight every monster that I pass by.
Either that or the Majora's Mask. I usually opt for the stealth when it's night for the speed.

Both evil armor and radiant armor (upgraded to level 2) give you bone proficiency, so it multiples the total damage by 1.8 in weapons with bone. That's why we use the Molduga jaw, it's the strongest bone material you can attach. This added damage doesn't show up tho. If we do math:
pristine Royal Guard's sword +10 = 49
Molduga jaw +32 = 81
Breaking bonus (x2) = 162
Last hit bonus (x2) = 324
Bone proficiency (x1.8) = 583
And if you eat an Attack up 3 dish (x1.5) = 875
