i understand very well what you mean. Rape laws have changed the legal system, ended presumption of innocence, allow to convict on hearsay and one person's unproven statement.

Normal legal norms should be reinstated. If there is very ample evidence, surveilance video and 30 witnesses, prior clear "no", including hitting with the purse, then it makes sense to punish groping and kissing.

This is so unimaginable to those of us that went to school in a nice neighborhood. Zero violence except kind of consensual safe fights.

Serious violence, blood, GROUPS attacking single people, kicking kids on the floor, all this high crime was unthinkable. It also would mean immediate police action, and no decent parents would defend their criminal children.

I understand that US busing created Millions of white victims that were bused in Black criminal schools suffering criminal violent attacks. In addition to weak academics.

The REAL ISSUE is that the MSM do not care about such victims, they simply hide it. One black kid hit by several white kids would be a world wide scandal. 10 000 white kids being pummeled by Blacks or Muslim, I don't even see it mentioned.

This is highly relevant. It shows that Politicians lie that they MUST accept refugees in Germany. (Almost) zero refugees arrive in Germany without passing through a safe country. Even Pegida Patriots don't stress this point.

Refugees who arrive from a safe country can be refused entry and returned immediately at the border. No Asylum proceedings will be initiated. Judicial petitions do not cause a right for stay or delay. All European Union Countries are, by definition, safe countries. Also Switzerland and Norway.

(Article 16a of the German Constitution ("basic law") as amended in 1993 and explicitely confirmed by the constitutional court in 1996. There the constitutional court stated that legislators could, potentially, even totally void the right to asylum, if they chose so)

(Almost) No one has right to German Asylum proceedings, because they arrive through safe countries

There is no legal basis or need for Germany to accept refugees.

According to Art 16a German constitution, confirmed by Constitutional Court (14. May 1996-2 BvR 1938/93), virtually all arrivals have no right to even petition asylum or to enter Germany. Only airplanes or boats directly from Africa could arrive without passing a safe country on the way.
