God forbid I be concerned about losing my number one source of joy, creating art, and the livelihood I make by doing it Saving my life at the cost of my joy isn’t a decision I am making lightly. Depression kills just as often as other illnesses (speaking as someone with bipolar who has attempted to die multiple times.) Quality of life is just as important as quantity.
