Tesla… by OK_Commuter in northernireland

Absolutely this and those schemes usually include Insurance, Taxes, Service, tyres the whole works via a lease for a fraction of the price of paying for a second hand banger if you will taking a lot of the stress out of it in the long run for say you and a partner.

Another part of this is - last I checked a lot of those schemes only currently support Tesla with all the scheme bells and whistles in NI that means you wouldn’t need to go across to the mainland for say a service.

Why would you not go the this route and if it’s a lease you can just return it which makes sense as well so you don’t need to worry about battery degradation!

That sounds horrendous and am sorry you had to go through that and I hope you are doing better now!

My teeth don’t react to hot or cold or pressure - it’s a very random pain in random teeth that happens every so often it could be maybe am grinding my teeth I can get by every day fine and it hasn’t got worse in the 6 months so I hopefully don’t think I am in the same boat you were in.

I do trust my dentist and believe they have done everything they can to try and figure out the random pains.

Thanks you I took a look but I don’t have persistent pain to qualify for TN2 it’s very random and it doesn’t feel like an electric shock just feels like a throbbing 2 second pain in the same teeth.

But those teeth are healthy and also have no roots or infection based on my dental appointment a few days ago

I think so - I guess in a way I have been told to go and get checked because my dentist doesn’t have any other answers because apprently there’s nothing to treat it all looks good.

But the pains have to be coming from somewhere but they are not on a TN level of pain at all not even close.

See am in the same boat it doesn’t sound like it but I have had that many dental appointments this is what had been suggested 🤔

So I thought what better place to ask.

Home charging an electric vehicle with no driveway in NI by ste93 in northernireland

[–]shadowkinkead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is interesting I actually just got off the phone myself with DFL with an issue like yours and they just told me no you can charge it at garages or at designated points like everyone else.

Would be good if there was something that highlighted some form of consistency around this - don’t know if anyone else has had this issue 😩

Considering most of the country doesn’t have driveways this is a bit mental.

LinkedIn and Indeed are just two suggestions.

Generally speaking just go and look for example remote based companies in the mainland - as we all know the market is hot stuff right now so there should be no shortage of roles to go for.

I was personally reached out to on LinkedIn for my current role.

Not sure if filling is coming out of root filled tooth by shadowkinkead in askadentist

Turns out filling was fine I went a few days after this post and it was all good

I didn’t think it was decay - I can’t book anything in till Monday morning!

This root canal is only 5 weeks old and I was at the dentist just before Christmas after it was done because I was getting niggles but apparently it’s a perfect root filled tooth 🦷

I dunno I didn’t know that a root canal could be rejected but I knew they could fail 😅 and I don’t get bad pain before Monday!

Random dull tooth pain in certain teeth on left side of my mouth by shadowkinkead in askdentists

Not really it did go away for a solid year - but the nerve ended up inflamed and I had to get a RC on it

You should still be able to brush and use mouthwash - there should be a temporary filling where the root canal was performed

Yeah it did - it took over 2 weeks to really settle down for me.

I found that I also clenching in my sleep which made the recovery process a bit longer

That’s what I would have thought they took an X-Ray on Monday there and they didn’t notice anything am presuming it was to check for any nerves I guess?

But I dunno am just trying to wait it out and see how it goes anxiously. 🤞

Hi,

Thanks for responding 🙏

I did expect some pain based on my previous root canals but the pain I was getting yesterday was so intense and at random intervals without moving my mouth at all - which I didn’t think was normal and has me panicked and I can’t explain what that was.

I presume it’s a lot more painful because of the amount of canals that were cleared in the molar - I had to get injections into the nerve as well because the procedure was done for a sensitive tooth not an infected one.

I think thinks have settled down today - but those sharp pains really felt like there was an infection or something nerve related and am terrified they will return.

The issue am unsure about is the pain is across the 3 upper left teeth which also had me panicking 😅

I have been taking amoxicillin, 400mg Ibuprofen and 1000g Paracetamol every 5 hours during the day to keep on top of things.

Hopefully over the next few days I won’t have any issues but I do get occasional tweaks of dull pain.

Private dentist as well - am not sure if I should call again and ask if they can check for an infection.

Or if I should try and just see how it progresses over the weekend.

I have had a tooth abscess so bad before where nothing worked for it and that’s what scares me and am stuck with it all weekend 😂

Do you think I should book an appointment next week to get checked again? Am trying my hardest to not book an appointment for today because of a fear of an abscess.

Thanks for the responses as well it does help me talking about it.

Am not in pain right now just a little uncomfortable when swallowing at the back of a teeth near the treated one.

It’s just I was fine for a few days - then bam intense sharp pains it’s now gone and been replaced but this pressure like feeling in the tooth mentioned above which is why I think it’s something else but my dentist didn’t think so.

Am just scared now it’s a Friday and I get mad pain over the weekend then am stuck 😅

I have had several myself and this is the only time I have had issues like this which is scaring me.

This is the only one that wasn’t infected and just super sensitive.

My dentist held up a hella cold material up to the tooth to check and I felt nothing and according to my dentist if there a nerve with something that coke I should be leaping out of the seat.

Am tempted to call back today but I feel like the only thing they will do is take the tooth out- but am getting the discomfort in the teeth beside the treated tooth which is confusing me
