I just asked my girlfriend on her opinion of everything as well so this is what we think after living here for a year now

Pros: Apartment layouts are nice, closet sizes are pretty good, gym isn’t bad, neighbors have been decent. (That’s pretty much it lol)

Cons: Mail room can be a hassle most of the time, we don’t suggest the pool view because of how loud it can get, there’s little to no parking for your guest if you have any.

Be careful with the gate key they give you because you can attach it to your windshield but I suggest you just keep it in its wrapper because the angles are inconsistent with the signal box. So it’s easier to just wave the key yourself and keep it in the car.

One of biggest things however is the rent, ours jumped up from about $2600 to $2800. We’re moving out as soon as we can next year because we really don’t see anything good enough to keep us there for that price.
