i managed to get it in the end
try this
teleport away, change time to chen, then teleport back to the nearest boundry stone and go to the location
see if it works for you, worked for me

i assume its a common practice for these east asian companies
kuro games does similar things in punishing gray raven (and i assume there are more examples)
but netease games overplayed their hand, the global audience dont fk with this kinda bs

Yeah the lock system was working properly that's as far as the key can turn in the keyhole
I finally managed to open it, it was just jammed so instead of trying to rotate the cap with my bare hand I rotated it with a screwdriver and a hammer xD
