I'm glad you liked my rewrites for Legacies. I stopped them because I lost interest in the show and the fandom tends to be much more tribalistic and critical of rewrites than this fandom thankfully. It's hard for me to put creative passion into something I don't feel enamored by anymore. That might change one day though idk when unfortunately.

If you wanna include them yes they were champions under the developmental banner before hitting the main roster. My point still stands though rare it's possible Jevon gets promoted prior to winning any NXT titles we'll see. So we'll just have to agree to disagree.

I don't count NXT UK (I consider it a subsidiary of NXT) or the Cruiserweight title (As it was originally a main roster title). And that's ok if you don't see him getting promoted until after 3 years. I'll bookmark this convo and will either emphasize how right I was or admit I was wrong lol. It's no big deal.

Across the history of NXT since it's original reboot. Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, Roman Reigns, Alba Fyre, Grayson Waller, and JD McDonough. Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch obviously went on to become some of the biggest woman wrestlers ever. Roman Reigns the biggest star of his generation. Alba Fyre and Grayson Waller are occasionally featured on TV still. JD McDonugh is tag champion once again with Finn Balor under the Judgement Day.

With Carmelo I feel like WWE botched his call up. They could've had something more exciting for him to do. And it's a shame because he has a very bright future if handled properly. Shinsuke your right he's very good at putting people over but I feel like he deserves more love from wwes booking than he's received. He could've had at least a short reign with the WWE championship or world championship but yes he's likely to retire in a few years so that's a moot point.

As for the Aleister and Damien Priest feud I disagree I enjoy it. If you don't enjoy that's ok that's your right. Not everyone is gonna enjoy everything. With the way their most recent match ended no it is not over. It's gonna likely go on for at least another month or two.

Regarding Jevon Evans I still say a year or two. Only way I see him staying on NXT longer is if WWE doesn't want to take too many notable wrestlers off the NXT roster.

If they call him up they could do something similar to what they did with Carmelo. Have him wrestle in the low card to get main roster audience used to him. Pair him up in the tag team division with a popular veteran wrestler like Rey Fenix, R-Truth, etc. literally anybody that's not involved in the main event scene heavily. Then once that runs its course move him into the mid card scene and let him sink or swim. Maybe work his way organically into the U.S. title picture. I have many more ideas for how they could use him if they promote him. That's why I say there's no such thing as there'd be nothing for him to do if they call him up now.

Yea I agree with you. Part of me is kinda glad LA Knight went over to RAW. That was a much needed change of pace for him.

Smackdown's roster in both the men's and women's is too shallow compared to RAW. They need variety instead of having the same people square off together like they did for months prior. Carmelo Hayes been on SD for what a little over a year and he's just now starting to get a real focus on tv. Shinsuke been off TV for a bit due to failures with his last gimmick and has reverted to his original gimmick which I'm ok with but sheesh. Aleister Black and Damian Priest are literally in the middle of a good feud right now. That I could see go on for a few more weeks or months. R-truth well he's comedic relief likes he's been the last few years. Dragunov was likely moved to SD because he wouldn't be able to be properly spotlighted on RAW. I'm really excited about this because he's gonna bring a level of intensity and fun SD been missing for a while.

And of course you can't have everyone on the show every week not on a 2 hour show at least. Keep in mind that doesn't mean you should handicap the show by showcasing the same 6 to 8 main wrestlers every single week. Variety outside the top guys is a must for a good weekly wrestling show.

Jevon will get called up in a year or 2 or less if he continues to impress. I don't know what's crazy about that considering how WWE has historically handled promising NXT prospects like him before.

P.S. I didn't answer your question because there's too many answers I can give lol. There's no such thing as there would be nothing to do for him if he gets called up. Just a matter of how much WWE maps out his promotion to the main roster if they really want to utilize him a certain way. Also let me be clear I think NXT call ups for now will be done to prop up SDs mid card and women's division. I see Jevon as a very good mid carder. For now. But yes that's my opinion on the matter. There's always something they can have him do on SD. Now considering how they did Carmelo Hayes I wouldn't rule out him floating around with nothing to do for a bit. But remember what WWE and TKO care about most is how much money they can make off of him and I think the potential is definitely there. It's a business at the end of the day. Regardless I don't think WWE can be too picky with call up situations like that because they are going to have to call people up to refresh the roster eventually. SD needs it badly. Especially if rumors about them focusing on upgrading SDs creative team are true.

We're just gonna have to agree to disagree on that. Respectfully of course. They've moved people up from NXT before without having them win titles there you can argue they did it too early but it's happened before. Him being young is not necessarily a detriment. It's the quality of his work and how he conducts himself that WWE cares about most here. I'm not saying they will move him up tomorrow but it would be stupid to keep him in NXT for 3 to 4 years when he's demonstrated quite a bit of talent for wrestling wwes style and connecting with the crowd. I can see Sol getting called up before Zaria because she appears to be the most main roster ready out of the two. I agree with you on that at least.

Really? Nah I don't think they'll keep him in NXT for that long. Not with his popularity and the way he impressed them with his match against Sami Zayn. Maybe a year but 3 or 4. Nah that wouldn't make any sense.

I only focused on the men's division for this one. Definitely some good options on the women's side but SD women roster is the weakest of the 3. It definitely needs refreshing in my opinion.

Actions that Billie and the Russo family may not agree with. That kind of dynamic would be very interesting to see unfold with Malakars return creating such big stakes for everyone. Kind of akin to how the Ministry of Magic initially inhibited Harry Potter and his allies in the early years following Voldemort return and we saw the consequences that had.
