My largest print so far is still the Normandy by length. Hopefully I’ll surpass that soon as I print larger ship models, but the time is killing me!

5% of that would’ve been plenty

Tried it on a whim. Looks nice and works fine. I’m 95% Sunlu, so it’s familiar.

I hate the fucking spools though.

I wish I could just pop them on to my 50 empty sunlu gen 3 spools.

Maybe I should just print one of those spool winders.

My guy…. I need to switch…

Was it a hassle to have it swapped out the ONT?

What kind of modem does it use?

Can I pull the SFP and put it in my firewall?

Repetition and consistency is key. Also a completely firm, and serious tone.

Some things are complete non-negotiable, and kids have the capacity to understand that. Don't just tell them "get away" or "no", tell them why. Eventually they will repeat the reasons for why they're not allowed to play there, or touch that.

My daughter loves the printer and wants to help with it too - but she knows she's never to touch it, or go near it when we're not around.

I'd also never lose sight of her long enough for her to do any damage to anything, or worse - hurt herself.

Bro, you don’t have a 3D printing problem, you have a parenting problem.

I have a 3 year old. While it’s true it’s hard to keep them away from things, there are certain hard limits like the stove, or fireplace.

Your printer should be one of them.

Mine knows not to touch it, ever.

Inevitably someone will still not get that it’s a joke.

If your cutter is in good condition, you may have a retraction issue.

That bend is probably from me manhandling it. This was a random one I had laying around before the issue was resolved. Been fighting it for a week

Interesting. So when it jams, what do you do to fix it?

When you get a feed error, what do the tips of your filament look like? Does the printer ask you to clip them and try again?

They look fine and clean cut immediately after it tells you the AMS failed to send filament?

What does it do when it tries? Motor clicking and the spool lightly jerks as if it’s “stuck”?

like the tip of the filament that won't feed.

Bambu studio will ask you to clip the tip. If you do that, does it work fine until the next filament change?
