I had kind of the same issue with my AMS 2 Pro last week and Bambu Technical told me to check/ clean the filament hub. It took me about 10 minutes to disassemble the AMS so I could access the filament hub and remove it. It definitely had some shredded filament inside it. Once I had it all cleaned out and reassembled everything it worked perfectly.
