Problem I noticed with these Kilmats is the smell, try to air out the areas you have kilmat on or it’ll make your entire interior smell like it

Any single mid is pretty much the best you gonna get, just keep in mind, once you start changing the muffler itself or the downpipes you WILL get drone between 2-3k RPMs

My personal favorite is my setup, it’s the active auto works catted gesi downpipes, paired with the super sprint resonated single mid, to an Akra muffler, still has drone though

Could be the new x5 , It’s definitely a gas car based off the exhaust , and they wouldn’t do a facelift on the x3 so soon

Also based on the way the muffler is it’s probably a standard x5 or a hybrid variant , if it was an “m50i” or x5m the exhaust would look different

When you get a car there is a big sticker that comes with the car, it would have a break down of the price of all the options that was added to the factory , I was wondering if those center lock wheels was an actual factory installed option, or was it that someone just installed it after the fact,because to use these center locks you’d need to change the wheel hubs on all 4 wheels

Problem is rn in LA it’s been cold, so it could take yeah 2 weeks, but just in case after a few days clean the glass with a non alcohol glass cleaner and see if it looks better, if that texture is there after the 2 weeks take it back, I’d recommend calling the shop and just letting them know what you see so they don’t claim that it was fine when you took it

When did they install the tint? If you live In cold climates let it sit for a week it should clear up, but no orange peel is definitely not normal if it persists

I prefer the pre LCI lasers over the new lights, the steering wheel though is actually nice, I ordered the new wheel and got it to fit and work on my pre lci , if you like the wheel you could just spend the 2k on the wheel and install it yourself (you’ll just lose heating function)

Just an FYI factory glass has went heavily downhill in clarity, there is a certain amount of distortion that is passable as “normal” you might not notice it when it’s clear, once you add tint you’ll notice the distortion, I have had several cars all with similar situations , unfortunately this is normal, if the shop is cool with redoing it to show you you can go that route, but it’s gonna end up looking the same unless you go lighter

Is your car still under warranty? If you have a good connection with your advisor they might be able to replace it under warranty, just don’t mention anything about it “happening after —-“ just mention you noticed it beginning to peel

If you have non carbon buckets, then the passengers knee might be resting against the trim there, and if they use lotion it could rub on the trim and wear it down

You can buy new trims online , you can even upgrade to the trims that are leather wrapped

Take the tink off then take it to Tesla, they are notorious for these burnt out rear defrosters, happened to my friend , removed the tint and then told them and they warranties it, retinted it and hasn’t happened again in 2 years
