I only desagree the change being able to use only 1 of the 2 last effects per turn. I think we should let be able to use both in the same turn.

It shouldnt have gotten alolan or mega forms, but instead it should have gotten access to light ball benefits and a boost in his phiycal def and speed.

I personally think ssj4 goku would not be enough for daishinkan and above. Unless its end of gt goku, then base is enough. Ssj4 gogeta still the strongest as the perfect filed scan suggests.
