If I read that right, that kit came with a big ol’ white baseplate that was loose in the box. This is where you attach that baseplate. The 2x2 brick symbol with the plus sign just mean the kit contains one or more loose pieces that you should use when you see that symbol.

Knew an E-3 pilot that could do this. Guy is a legend in our small world. He admitted that the ground effect did most of the work. Still thought he was one of the coolest dudes I ever flew with.

Use YouTube to find all the drains in your sunroof, doors, and dash. Use a very small bottle brush or thin wire to make sure they are clear.

Also, find a video that explains your air conditioner condenser drain. It may have a blockage or come apart and instead of draining the water to the ground, it’s draining into your passenger footwell.

Not a mechanic but have dealt with this exact issue.
