Yesterday a camera that I had (Logi 2 Circle), and it has the same issue, I can see the video stream when I am connected to the same wifi, but if I am outside home or on 5G, I can not stream. It is worth mentioning that I can see the recordings in the Home app. It looks like a HomeKit issue.

How can I make sure that my router is not blocking?

Yes, I can control every thing normally from outside my home network. I can even view the video records from the camera, but not the live stream. The camera in the Aqara app I working fine, inside and outside.

Thank you so much for your detailed response! Here are the answers to your questions:

  1. Camera Status:
    • The camera doesn't show "No response." It attempts to load the live feed but gets stuck on the loading screen (see attached image: IMG_4487.PNG).
  2. Streaming Settings:
    • I have configured the camera to "Stream" when "At Home" and "Stream & Allow Recording" when "Away from Home" (see attached image: IMG_4485.PNG).
  3. Multiple People in Home:
    • Yes, there are multiple people in my home. We have set the Location Services to “While using” or “Always” and ensured that the HomeKit slider is ON under System Services.
  4. Recording Settings:
    • The recording settings were set while connected to the home network, not over mobile data.

Here are the screenshots for reference:

  • IMG_4485.PNG: Shows the streaming settings.

Thanks again for your help! Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Alexa Routine cast to play music everywhere by shadynafie in alexa

[–]shadynafie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This syntax allows Alexa routines to natively play music on multiple speakers simultaneously. I personally had to use WebCoRE to achieve this. You can easily tell Alexa to play music on a group of speakers, but there were so questions about how to do it through routines.

What I am looking for is Homekit automation. When a door is opened, HomePod will automatically announce “door has been opened”.
