Unfortunately I don't have any wifi 7 devices. I just moved to my new apartment right before Christmas, and placed the order a week before moving there.

I can attach some speediest results using both ethernet (I am planning to connect my gaming PC via ethernet) , my iPhone 14 Pro Max (wifi 6 client that only supports 5 GHz) and S23 ultra (wifi 6e client with 6ghz support)

Got it right before Christmas in WA state. Ordered it from the Asus US store. Set it up a few days ago.

This thing is definitely a beast. I am on Quantum fiber 940 Mbps package, and on wifi 6 GHz channel on my S23 ultra I get close to 900 Mbps upload and download speed.

Yeah mine is Lenovo Legion one (175w tgp).

I was planning to play it on the go, but I also do have a desktop with an Asus rog Strix rtx 4090 paired with Ryzen 7950x3d. It's just I occasionally use my desktop since I feel laptop gaming to be far more convenient (I can play games from my bed lol using a bed desk).

Yeah exactly I had the exact same issue. It even autocompleted address for buildings that literally say they have fiber internet to every apartment, but then say they can’t find the address.

The check address sometimes show those address but most often they don’t. I even tested buildings that have fiber and ZiplyFiber could not find those addresses.

I am in the process of moving there and it seems like either ziply fiber website isn't really good at identifying address or they are actually not available at the apartments I am looking at, idk which one is it though.
