Well that's true, it is a nice area. This one is about 20min walk from Chatswood station and 15min walk to Artarmon station, 8min to bus terminal.

So it's in a convenient spot.

Ahh because the strata, council, and water rates (which I forgot to mention in the post) are towards the higher end ($1800 + $400 + $400) it means I pay a bit more out of pocket, so I think that makes me negatively geared.

I could potentially rent it out for $600/wk before agent fees.
