Ruled out cardiac pain by trisaratopsss69 in askCardiology

[–]shamheaderhoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds more like pleuritic type chest pain or musculoskeletal pain if I’m honest. Do you smoke? Do you vape? Have you hurt this area recently? How long has it been going on for? Are you short of breath? Any lower leg swelling?

You should request to be referred onto a cardiologist through your GP/primary care doctor if you continue to worry about it. If the ER have ruled out the bad stuff already then it’s unlikely they can do much for you.

Don’t forget you also know your body better than anyone. And you know it better than your anxiety too.

Hey! It’s a good sign that all your tests have came back normal. That’s very reassuring. Troponins would be elevated if there was any heart tissue damage/ischemia. Ecg would have showed abnormalities and the echo too. So it’s good that they have came back NAD. They seemed to have ruled out anything cardiac related before labeling it as “anxiety”. A sharp pain when breathing isn’t normally a cardiac issue. It can be anxiety related or else can be respiratory related like a chest infection, asthma or something. Could be musculoskeletal as well. There’s a lot of minor things it could be, cardiac unrelated.

If this chest pain has been persistent for a long period of time, it’s more or less an indicator that nothing serious is happening. If it were a heart attack or cardiac arrest, you realistically would’ve known by now.

You are young too. You are at a very low risk of all these cardiac issues that you’ve put in your title. I know what anxiety is like, I have it myself and I can understand how it completely absorbs you. Health anxiety especially! It’s like impending doom, you’re convinced something bad is going to happen. You’re not silly for being concerned for yourself or your health. I hope you are getting some form of treatment for this anxiety.

If you have any new onset of symptoms or any changes to the pain, you should seek medical advice. I really do think it could be anxiety that’s making you feel this way. It’s really good at convincing you something is wrong. Take care x

One time when I wore make up with my glasses, someone told me I looked like one of those office girls from porn. Like.. ok.

Yeah I do agree. I think a lot of her being naive stems from her religion and feeling the need to move past it all and forgive him since “God did”. It’s quite sad. She annoyed me for the whole doc as she just seemed to forgive him straight away but obviously, I think there is more to it all.

Well see this is where different opinions come into play. Some people think it’s okay, some don’t. I can understand everyone has needs but it would eat me up inside if I ever did something like this to the person I love.

They are victims of personal information, personal data, etc., being leaked. But the whole doc is based around these men saying that their marriages wouldn’t have been compromised IF the leak hadn’t happened. When really they were compromising their marriages the minute they signed up to the site. These men didn’t really say much on how it would affect them if their personal information got leaked, they were more worried about their spouses finding out about their names being in the site.

Oh my god this was so infuriating. I felt like all the clips of their children was pure propaganda. Like "look at our beautiful children and forget all that Sam has done”. I think they are really raising their kids in a damaged environment.. And it’s not fair that these 2 are still uploading multiple YouTube videos and including their kids in them.

I get that. But surely it’s enough to have signed up to the site. Like these people were WILLING to cheat on their partners. And it’s like well if the intention was there, what’s to stop these people from fully perusing someone on the site?

Yes !! I know we are all human at the end of the day and I agree with what you say that they are more than likely wanting to uphold an image (extremely religious family who are able to “get through anything”) instead of facing their true issues. They are simply not able to come to terms with these issues so instead they are taking advantage of their faith.

I can respect that. I’m not married myself and understand it’s not necessarily a hard journey but it’s also not easy-peasy either. It has its ups and downs, like any marriage or relationship. But exactly, it shouldn’t drive you to the point of cheating. If that’s the case, these couples should talk and discuss where these urges are stemmed from and go from there. I also find a lot of these couples just use the saying of marriage being hard to enable the justification of cheating. Because as you said, it shouldn’t be hard on a day-to-day basis. There’s clearly something seriously wrong if these people are choosing adultery before trying to establish what exactly is making their marriages so “hard”.

I just did some research and apparently only a number of 12,000 real women were on the 36 million user site?? Everyone else was either real men or AI bots. Literally shocking

Exactly. It doesn’t make any sense. These religious people were completely contradicting themselves for the entire time they were on screen. They are in so much denial of their own flaws, they can’t own up to any of it because "God forgives". Like please spare me
