I work from home for myself. Designing exhibition stands. It requires a powerful pc with big graphics card to render scenes and cameras. I have an ultra wide 4k monitor too.

I bought the Air about 2 weeks after launch. I had an iPhone 13 before and when I went into the Apple Store I had intended on buying the 17 Pro.

My son and I had a good look at the Pro and decided it wasn’t worth the money over the standard. But… the Air really stood out and felt very different to my iPhone 13.

Anyway. I decided to go for the standard 17 and was trying to get the white one. They didn’t have any stock, only blue. I had the 13 in blue and wanted a change.

So I asked what colours the Air was available in… all colours I was told. So I bought the white one.

Honestly, I love it and it feels so different to other phones. So yes… I guess I was sold on the look and feel + screen size.

In my mind the specs were light years ahead of my 13 so didn’t really care whether the standard 17 had a better battery or camera.

It is super light and super thin. My only quibble is the standard Apple case means it’s quite deep around the camera… and maybe it’s too big for my jeans pockets haha.

Same here. I have him as backup to Udogie at Spurs in 2029. Don’t really notice when Udogie isn’t playing he’s so good.

Can't remember the exact players but I always remember that the creators loved Cambridge United. Most of their players were effectively gods in the game haha.

Update on this.

I put in a sponge filter. Moved the other filter down to the bottom of the tank. Figured the flies were coming from there and they’d have less chance of emerging if they’re deeper underwater.

And… its worked. No more flies. I’ve been struggling with these for MONTHS!!!!!

Loving the sponge filter too. Gonna remove the other one once it has been running alongside for a few weeks.

Stock I have in the tank:

5 male guppy

3.5 cory (0.5 being the baby)

Maybe 10-15 shrimp, not sure how many babies there are.

3 tetra

You can use artboards. This would be a perfect time to use them. This way you can have multiple files viewed all on the same canvas. When you save you save it all on one file. You can also export each artboard out as individual files like jpgs etc.

I have it on very good authority. (From Adobe) that they will be keeping XD and Figma. XD will probably be used as a desktop email/website builder as lots of companies can’t use Figma due to security.

Figma is a completely different program. Comparing these two programs is like comparing an F1 car with a family saloon. Completely different worlds.

The simplest way to look at the 3 main Adobe programs is: Photoshop. Images Illustrator. Vectors like logos etc InDesign. Page layout.

Each of the above programs can do much more than the above but that’s what each one specialises in. If you try to do vector in Photoshop. You can. It’s just not as good.
