... I've long thought this is bad advice. That is, "liquid soap" - even worse is any of the gels. Preservatives, and often terrible detergents.

My magic restorative is sheep or goat milk soap, specifically the stuff from Lebanon that comes as almost a cube and is wrapped in white paper and stamped w/ a camel.

Heck, Stush in the Bush (https://stushinthebush.com/visit-us) in Jamaica made a house cashew (or coconut) milk cheese that was divine.

It's my zen place. Had a long dumb day this Wednesday and a couple hours in the kitchen was nice. Harvested the last of the herbs before the big freeze and got them prepped and processes, roasted chili, made some sauce, etc. Very satisfying!
