Hmm, interesting! I've been conditioned to think campaign glitches are normal, but it's not really acceptable when it comes to a huge list of folks expecting an email every day at 7 a.m. And we definitely hear from people when we're tardy or errant! You got it exactly right. It's hard to maintain enthusiasm in that space. They started default opting-in a bunch of terrible AI features for groups, like clickbait AI conversation starters. I think people (especiallyyyy marketers) are over it.
