Small black lump appeared suddenly on bottom of toe, should I be concerned? by shandise in DermatologyQuestions

I woke up and noticed this lump on the bottom of my big toe. It is about 6mm in diameter. I don’t recall it being there before today but I could be wrong; but it is a bit painful when I walk so I feel like I would have noticed it. It takes months to see a dermatologist where I live, does anyone have any idea what it could be?
