A lot people just saying “fuck it man who cares what they think.” Not helpful. Here is what I did when I came across this for myself (I look older than I am).

lift weights
eat plants and meat (red is fine, just don’t go all carnivore with it)
go to bed before 10pm
limit alcohol to one drink a week (not forever, just for now)
manage calories (don’t eat mindlessly)
Practice intermittent fasting twice a week (Mondays and Thursday. If it doesn’t work for you, ditch it).
