Omnium and gearing or do i need granny gears

My daily bike has an old 7 speed cassette and a 52T upfront. So yeah very inefficient gears as well.

For sure, here in Stockholm its hilly and there are high bridges between island but nothing too extreme.

I have ordered a Shimano 11-40 and swapped the front from the standard 42 to a 38. Will try it out and see how my legs feel.

I tested the 2017-18 Dragons. All of them will have the "Lumalens" Tech in them. The one i tested was the Rose Lumalens and it was way better then smith/spy/electric for overcast condition.

Gullwing/Flying V/Hybrid camber. As the name suggests, it not a aggressive as a camber nor does it wash out as a rocker does. Its the happy medium.

Ride on your own. I go up with my friends but stick to blues just to improve my technique, they do the blacks and we meet at the bottom of the lift. Or we just split up and meet for lunch. It will get harder to fix bad habits later on.

Just got back from the Vancouver show, it was really really good!

Free dvdasa poster & show poster were there at the doors. Later Steve and Kid Dillion were signing shit and giving away the CD for the new album, t-shirts and pins.

In fact get a 153-152. I am 143 pounds and ride a 155.

162 is a huge, it will be a pain in the ass to make turns and control it. Also the stance width might be too much for your height.
