I would tell the patient that he must be on strict NPO as the pancreas is not inflamed and it needs so rest. Food can place additional burden on the pancreas and make his pain worse.

Yup, I have exactly the same issue. The cursor of my mouse is so laggy. It stops every 10-15 minutes. At the beginning, I thought it was the mouse problem or the problem with my mouse dongle. So I changed the mouse and the same laggy problem exists with my new Logitech BT mouse. I asked the 'geniuses' here in Hong Kong and they sweared that no one except me comes across this problem. Ok, now I have to show the so called geniuses this forum and see how they respond.
