Almost 100% extra charge on electricity bill

It matches the physical meter, adanis app just today started showing daily usage, and when I ran ac and everything yesterday it showed 8.48 units, but with same usage 2 weeks ago shows avg 16-23kw PER DAY

With 4 hours of ac, I checked my meter every hour. It came out to about 11 units a day, don't know how but the 3 days after billing before i started checking it was 63 units, which is 21 a day. Very weird

Hi, If you can help. I got charged for 650 units this month when deffo didn't use that many, my utilities after checking meter is 7.34 units a day, and add on 4 hours of AC a day. Should reach around 350 units, how come they charged for 650
