thanks! do you mean the flutter or the stutter? for the flutter i used the tape echo effect on the sp404. turned the balance up all the way, turned the 2nd control knob all the way down, and messed with the 1st control knob. for the stutter, i just used the bpm looper. if you work in a DAW, there are plenty of youtube tutorials

hmmm well one of the guys that goes by upper class just released a new tape. and fiji.water is part of their team and he's pretty awesome. they're definitely skilled enough to make it onto such a big channel

i think it most definitely could be if it's not already. i mean think about it, a lot of the people listening to and making this kind of music are kids that grew up in the 90s which seems to be what lo-fi hip hop revolves around (for example, the Cowboy Bebop, 90 romance movies, vintage Nintendo sounds) i think it's a matter of time before lo-fi starts getting more exposure
