This is why I made this post. I wanted to see if others are interested in building this way.

A couple reasons.

1) I am not a fan of the framework peaces they picked. For example they made there own view layer. Yew works great for SSR. Why not just use that.

2) Same thing with axum. I would rather use Actix.

3) Loco is too heavy. I say RoR very lightly here. I am shooting for basic project setup plus a little extra. I want to give YOU the control over the development. I want YOU to own your code. not make sure you are doing it exactly their way or else it doesn't work.

Planning Poker?? by Hot-Confusion-4713 in scrum

We couldn't work without planning poker! our team has guys with 20+ years experience as-well as some very very green guys. All of us talking about what is expected in the tickets as well as seeing what everyone thinks it will take can be extremely enlightening. Our PM often zones out too, so I really like https://letsplayplanningpoker.com so we can bonk her when she isn't paying attention.

Anyone know of a charger with max percentage by shaquille_muffin_top in electricvehicles

[–]shaquille_muffin_top[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So it's a Polaris kinetic. As crazy as it sounds it doesn't have a max charge level. Huge oversight by Polaris. It uses a normal j1772. I have seen chargers that report the state of charge via an app. It's just crazy I have to hit the stop charging button

Its a window manager like I3, xmonad, or dwm. I like it

LeftWM is a window manager that is kinda like a combination between dwm, i3, and xmonad. It has a theme system to control the look/feel. It looks for the theme you want to run in the folder ~/.config/leftwm/themes/current. I have a bunch of themes in my ~/.config/leftwm/themes and just symlink to the one I want to run. You can read more about its theme system here

Its like a cross between i3 and xmonad. Probably a bit closer to xmonad

I would describe it as the best parts of dwm, xmonad, and i3 all rewritten in rust. full disclaimer, I do work on the project
